SCIC (Super Charged Interviewee Club) is a six-week career-readiness program offered by Programming Hero to top graduates of its main web development course. It covers job-search strategy, LinkedIn and GitHub optimization, portfolio building, and interview practice. The Black Belt is its highest tier, awarded based on assignment scores (85%+) and final interview performance (25–27/30).
My Experience
This is where I went from "I built things in a course" to "I can talk about what I built in an interview." Mock interviews with feedback, structured practice on the storytelling around projects, and the GitHub/LinkedIn polish made a measurable difference in how I present my work. The Black Belt was the recognition for that.
